Minutes of the Election of the Board Members of the Mongolian Neuroscience Society 2026
Time and Place
The Election of the Board Members of Mongolian Neuroscience Society 2026 was held online using Google Meet on February 3 at 16:00 in accordance with Article VI, Section 4 of the Bylaws of the Society.

The following Board Members were present at the meeting:

Gantseteg Tumur-Ochir
Enkhnaran Tumurbaatar
Tsolmon Jadamba
Quorum and Call to Order
Battuvshin Lkhagvasuren, the Chairman of the Board, called the meeting to order. Enkhnaran Tumurbaatar acted as the Secretary of the meeting. Based on the number of Board Members in attendance at the meeting, it was determined that a quorum was present and that the meeting could proceed.
Review and Approval of Minutes
The Secretary reviewed the Minutes, which were in draft form previously distributed to the Board. After the Secretary’s review of the Minutes, the Board unanimously approved the Minutes.
Agenda
To elect the new members of the Board Members following the bylaws.
Election
There were two candidates for the Chairman of the Board:
Gantsetseg Tumur-Ochir
Tsolmon Jadamba
It was noted that the election committee is formed by the Board Members in attendance, and the voting method is an open ballot. Gantsetseg Tumur-Ochir was voted as the next Chairman of the Society.
Adjournment
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the meeting was adjourned at 17:58.
