Introduction:

Thermoregulation is a fundamental autonomic response in animals including human. However, the central circuitries of thermoregulation is poorly understood. We are seeking to identify responsible neurons that mediate thermoregulatory responses to various stimuli including temperature, infection, and psychological stress.
